D&M is preparing to apply its unique technology – PI to diverse market segments in human relations, such as family counseling, coaching,
training and workplace solutions (promotion, employee selection and others).
There will be several different workplace solution sites targeted to different audiences and solving different tasks. PI will allow making
them very interesting for corporate customers. These sites include: employee selection, offshore employment recruiting, promoting, team
management and others.
Forrester Research in May 20, 2004 revealed that the number of US services jobs moving offshore by the end of 2005 will grow to 830,000.
By the end of 2003, 315 000 jobs had been shifted offshore, representing less than 1 percent of the jobs in the affected categories.
This number will grow to 1.6 percent by the end of 2005. The specialized site for offshore workers with their online testing
will allow employers to find not only the best matches for the job worker (for different jobs different types of people are
the most suitable, and the PI helps the employer to recognize if the worker is able to do the job) but also will give some insight
into his personal qualities, that will give some guarantee that the corporation’s secrets won’t be revealed to competitors or that
the worker won’t run away in the middle of the work. That’s very important for hiring workers without personal contact.
